The UPS output from a SRT6KRMXLI failed this weekend at one of the locations i look after. The logs show an inverter fault on one of the devices. Could i please have some advice on the best course of action? The UPS supports a production environment that cannot go down.

If the system is still under APC Warranty I highly suggest you request a RMA with APC Technical Support.
If the hardware is not under warranty you may consider completing the following action item during a scheduled maintenance window and report back the results:
Brain Dead: Complete the brain dead procedure as outlined by this APC Video.
