Hola,
Batería SAI: Estado RBC, Cerca fin vida util: 0. Necesita reemplazo: 1
Batería: Mod. Interno Estado, RBC: reemplazar.
Batería SAI: Temperatura: 26.0c
Voltaje: 217.0V
Batería SAI: Carga: 99%, Tiem. aut: 24100m
SAI, Eficiencia: -N/A- Carga demasiado baja
RBC interna Necesita reemplazo -0000

The error message displayed simply indicates the RBC is expired based on an internal counter that needs to be reset.
Disconnect the Anderson connector(s) from the Replacement Battery Cartridge (RBC) Wait for the system to declare a missing / disconnect battery fault and wait another 30 seconds.
Reconnect the Anderson connector(s) from the RBC to the system. The system should now prompt you to confirm this is a new RBC.
Toggle from No to Yes and enter the month and year than save. Than manually initiate a Self Test and let pass and wait for the RBC to recover back to 100% State of Charge (SOC).
Complete the procedure by manually initiating a Battery Calibration with a minimum of 30% load or greater.
Once complete the system will more accurately reflect the operational runtime of the new RBC.
NOTE: The battery installation date may also be changed if the following is available or present via NMC, Power Chute.

Hello Carlos,
Please confirm the system did declare a battery disconnected fault and also prompted you to confirm a new RBC was installed?!?
This message must appear or the process will fail. Please repeat these action items again until you see the prompt to confirm the RBC is New / Replaced and toggle from No to Yes than select enter / save.
As a reminder you may update the battery installation date using APC Power Chute or via the NMC (Network Management Card).

Hola, Teken.

Hello Carlos,
Please review this APC FAQ Video for more clarity:
https://www.apc.com/ca/en/faqs/FA333556/
As it relates to updating firmware there have been updates to address various battery related issues such as battery disconnected errors / faults.
None of the updates apply to replacement battery problems though. Updating the NMC is no problem if that unit isn’t on the latest firmware release.
Updating the UPS Firmware is however a very high risk procedure that must be done while the hardware is under warranty and live with APC Technical Support.
As you risk bricking a perfectly working system.
If you wish to pursue this procedure anyways insure you fully understand all steps and meet all requirements and prerequisites as outlined by the following APC FAQ:
https://www.apc.com/ca/en/faqs/FA164737/
https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA279197/
