Given you have provided almost no details in your initial reply. The following response will be very generic to cover the most basic answers:
How is the IP Address assigned to the UPS?!? Static IP via NMC?, Static IP via MAC Reservation?
Is the NMC on the same subnet?
What does the UPS LCD indicate are the current network attributes vs what has been assigned from the network?
Are you connecting via HTTP vs HTTPS? If HTTPS has this been turned on in the NMC?
Have you connected directly to the NMC with a cross over cable to validate? What are the NMC LED colours and their status?
Answer some questions and provide some information . . .

It was an HTTP/HTTPS Issue...Thank You for your generic response because it did help, by giving me an idea where to look first.
