SRT5KRMXLT web interface inaccessible
After running NMCFirmwareUpdateUtility.exe to update the network management card on the ups, the UPS's web interface is no longer accessible, it says to telnet to the device but not what to do to enable access, when accessing it through terminal HTTPS: is set to enabled already
has anyone encountered this issue? and if so what is the best way to re-enable the web-interface access?

This question was posed a long time ago and so hope this information helps the next person.
Depending upon which NMC firmware was installed a few of the default settings have changed. Regardless, the first thing to do is use the recommended web browser(s). If the previous web browser doesn’t work insure all history, cache, cookies are cleared.
Close and reopen the web browser to see if access is restored.
Lastly, as odd as this may sound HTTP must be enabled. Once you access the webpage and can login. You can than logout and login using HTTPS.
Doing so will cause the NMC to generate the required certificates for a secure connection. This process can take up to a minute for the NMC to generate the required certificate.
Ensure TLS 1.1 / 1.2 is set correctly for your use case. Along with cookies required or not! Enabling cookies which I believe is the default state in past firmware has caused endless login issues.
Let us know how things work out. 👍
