SRT3000XLI with NMC AP9631

I have SRT3000XLI with network management card AP9631,

Looks like the firmware is wrong, it says NO UPS FOUND.

Please help how to fix this, i have read articles, seems it must match the ups model and the correct firmware?

Which and where is the firmware? (I see at download site it refers to 3 phase firmware named apc_hw05_aos650_sy3p650_bootmon108.exe, is this correct?)

How to upgrade with this situation?
