Hello all,
Can anyone tell me what type of USB cable is required to enable discovery of this UPS onto a W2012R2 server please?
Is it USB-A to USB-A or a proprietary cable?
(I've been shipped the unit from colleagues overseas and it arrived with just the RJ-45 to RS-232)
I want to be able to monitor the UPS via a direct serial port connection (or USB if required).
Also, does the ftp.apc.com download site timeout for everyone?
Thanks,
Tim
