Hello,
i have two SRT 2200 XLI, and both have the the same failure "charger low voltage" event code 142.
both have been repaired due to fan failures within 4 month.
when i got them back one started directly with mentioned error. but was just once a day now both UPS's have the same error plugged or on plugged in the wall. one error after the other, all event code 142
i looked around but couldn't find event code 142.
is this a setting i can adjust or is the charger toast and need to be replaced ?
batteries are still good indicated by the ups
thanks in advance

Hello -
This event usually indicates a blown fuse in the charger of the UPS. I would suggest contacting your local technical support group for further assistance and/or getting a replacement unit under warranty. This fuse is not field serviceable.
