Does anyone know if there is a way to convert the SMX1500RM2U to a L5-30P input cable?

this should apply to this unit as well if you want to change it out yourself -> http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/184
you'd have to get some adapters or get an electrician to help you but make sure you adhere to electrical code. we don't make this though because L5-30P would be severely oversized for this unit. if you do it though, if you are stuck with a L5-30 receptacle, you should at least put a 15A breaker on the circuit since thats what the UPS is rated at.
