SRT10kva does not recognize RBC installed
I encountered the above Ups which according to customer there was a power outage for almost 12hrs, after power restored it went into bypass. When I arrived there almost 3weeks later it was no longer on bypass. This time it was not able to detect RBC installed even if you remove them it keeps showing on the dispay that RBC are in good health. What measures to take to restore it. The RBC have completely discharged.
