Hi,

I try to say for solving; Example, main voltage is about 180V, Ups is changing online to by-pass. And  after 30mins(All power system looks normal); ups is not changing by-pass to online. But if we set input Voltage 220V, no need for change the bypass to online with manually, I guess normall ups comes from factory input voltage 230V.  I changed the input voltage 220V.Now if ups is bypass, change the online automatically. The problem is solved.

Hello,

I am not sure what you're saying exactly. What I think you're saying is that your UPS is automatically going to bypass because of an input voltage problem but when the voltage returns to normal, the UPS does not come out of bypass automatically and you need to command it out of bypass. There is also an error code. To me, it doesn't make sense that if there is a voltage problem, your UPS is going to bypass.. if anything, it should go to battery power.

Could you provide any log files from the UPS to help clarify? The .tar file is preferred as explained in this link - http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131. You can gather/download it from the on board management interface in your UPS.
