Hello,
I have the error coming up as "Connect Battery Backup Not Available". I had the same model but the 8k was working fine batteries are new Connections seem fine all was working. I upgraded to the 10k took the batteries out of 8k and into new 10k and that error appears. What steps could I take? All batteries individually read 13v min.

Will you be able to double-check and share a photo of the actual battery voltage? Each battery string on the APCRBC140 should measure at least 85v DC in order to be recognized by the UPS.
Kindly share as well if you are seeing any event code on the LCD display, as well as the NMC debug file. You can refer to the FAQ provided below to guide you on how to retrieve the debug file.

Hello DJ
This might be a case of an expired SSL certificate.
We have a FAQ document on the issue that also details the mitigating actions

Alternatively, you can open the HTTP communication via SSH and the web command. If the web UI is reachable then, it is a strong indicator that it is the above issue.

would you please be able to provide steps on how to do that through the ssh putty cli please? would you need to download the certificate separately to install it and if so where do i get it from? sorry not great with cli.

Hello DJ
If CLI is not your thing I would suggest enabling HTTP with the "web" command (same as as when you checked that HTTPS was enabled) but this time around run the command "web -h enable" this should enable HTTP. last thing will then be to reboot the card with the reboot command.
After the reboot, check if you can reach the web UI by opening a browser and navigate to the IP of the card, but with http:// in front of the address.
That should enforce HTTP.
Best regards
Tonny
