I have SRT10K worked normally for less than 2 years.
2 weeks ago it turn off suddenly then nothing works.
No display. No output. Batteries are still charged, input voltage are correct. I tried cold start and brain dead process. Still no response. When i connect to main power i hear click. Do anybody knows what is the problem here?

Sorry for the inconvenience. If the unit is less that 2 years old and will not power up you should contact local support for assistance. They will need the exact model and serial number of the unit and if found defective will provide a replacement.

Thanks for tour message. This product was purchased in Dubai UAE at March 2017 with a local reseller Q LINE LTD. Installed in my office located Moroni Comores.
I tried to send a mail to request technical assistance. However every message s that i sent was rejected with a following message.
553-DMARC-domain authentification fail.
Can you give me a good contact in dubai where i can request technical assisstance?
