We have today configured our three UPS units to set the time from NTP, they are now all reporting the same date & time.

However, this change appears to have reset the battery fitted date. On one of the units we have manually re-set the date using the front LCD panel. The other two units will not accept the battery date change, you can go in the configuration menu, change the month and then the year, but it won’t save just changes back on it’s own.

One of the units is a SRT5KRMXLI with a manufacture date of 07/07/2021, the battery fit date has reset to Nov 2006 and will not change. The unit also has an EBM which has also been reset for both batteries to Nov 2006.

Is this a know issue and if so, what is the procedure to reset the battery dates correctly?
