SRT 5000 SoC not allowed

Hello!

We have SRT Smart-UPS SRT 5000

this UPS was repaired, after service, UPS can't calibrate. UPS show run time on interface but not show efficiency battery.

firstly UPS charged only to 99%, but after 5 discharge, battery was charged to 100 percent, than i try "Test Run time" and got error - SoC now allowed (interface UPS on russian, and i'm not sure how it can be on english - original text "SoC не допустим")

SoC  - show percent charge from battety - right?

And than i try test run time again, battery change power from battery and after 10 minutes, UPC return power back online, no signal, no text on interface.

on web interface i find log - 

10.12.2020	16:37:02	Device	UPS: Runtime Calibration passed.
10.12.2020	16:10:35	Device	UPS: Runtime Calibration started by management device.

but UPC not show efficiency battery.

what i did wrong?

this error from battery or UPS?

SoC  - show percent charge from battety - right?

SoC error - what mean?
