Hello,
I am Using APC SRC3000XLI. Recently I replaced full set (8 units) battery due to low runtime. But Even after replacing battery , the runtime remain same.
I have other ups with same model. those ups showed long Runtime with same battery & same load. Only Said UPS Showing low runtime.

The following steps outlined below must be done upon battery replacement if available and present:
Battery Installation: Date must be updated as this will reset internal counters adjust charging tables if applicable.
Self Test: Manually initiate a self test and let pass and allow the battery to return to 100% SOC.
Battery Calibration: Manually initiate a calibration with at least 30% attached load. Once completed allow the RBC to recover and recharge back to 100% SOC.
The operational runtime displayed will now be more accurate on the LCD, NMC, PCSS, SNMP.

Appreciate you following up and stating final outcome.
NOTE: The RBC (Replacement Battery Cartridge) should be marked on the front as to the physical installation date. This will insure anyone can see and know the age of the RBC. π
