Hi All
Had this error on the UPS and I'm hoping for some help please?
The UPS has a manufacture date of 9th Aug 2014 so i hope will be covered by the 2 year warranty.

Hi Matt,
The UPS is still in warranty. I would call into your local tech support to do some trouble shooting with them and if the UPS is unrecoverable it should be covered under the warranty. They will likely want you in front of the unit to do some troubleshooting. These logs will also be helpful for them as well.

Hi,
I agree with Michel. If the unit is under warranty you should contact local support.
The error can be caused by a bad battery, but it also could be a hardware fault. If its under warranty I would start with a battery but again you should contact local support to troubleshoot.
