Just installed a battery pack (SMX120BP) and powered up. The status page is showing:

"Num of External Batteries: is still showing 0"

I then discovered that the logs had a message:

"UPS: The battery is not installed properly."

I found that the plug going from the battery pack to the UPS wasn't completely seated. After pushing in the connector nothing has changed. Still getting no external batteries. How do I resolve the issue? Do I need to do a restart?
