Hello All,
Few months back I bought a SMT750i and it worked just fine until today.
Today I noticed that no LED on the front were on so I started checking the menus and actually everything says 0% (Load: 0%, Batt: 0%), UPS Model is empty, etc.
If I unplug power, it makes a weird noise (don't remember it was making so much noise) but current remains available for devices plugged in.
I tried pushing the on/off button several times. I tried to push it for severals seconds (until 30sec) but nothing helps.
Any idea ?
Thank you

Hi,
You can reset the Smart-UPS by
1) Turn off all attached equipment
2) Turn off the UPS
3) Unplug UPS from wall
4) Disconnect Battery
5) You may hear an audible "click" from the UPS.
6) Reconnect battery, Plug UPS in, turn UPS on

What options to see you available in the Control menu on the front panel LCD?
Referring to this picture, all four LEDs are still off? The ones right below the power button? And when they are all off, your attached equipment still receives power?

Hello and thank you for your answer,
All LEDs are off, see picture I took. My equipment still receive power and if I simulate a power outage, I can hear the battery take over and it starts beeping as usual when power drops.
Anything special you want me to check in the menus ?
For instance if i try to run a Self Test, it says "Only in online".
Is there a way to force a complete shutdown / reboot ?
Thank you

Fantastic! It took a while cause it's kinda stuck in a rack but I was able to take it out unplug the rear thing that makes battery go live and it came back to normal state!
Thanks!
