No problem. I do believe that this UPS only offers English but to be sure, could you check under your Configuration menu and set the menu mode to advanced? Then tell me what you see under the about menu for an ID - you'll see something like ID17. I need to know what that is to confirm what firmwares will work with your UPS.

What about PowerChute Business Edition? Do you have that? Or a Network Management Card? I believe it'd be listed with the firmware versions.

When were they manufactured? The newer SMT750I may have different hardware but be the same SKU which can support the Italian language. Are they different IDs? (yours is ID17 as you showed me in the screenshot)

Ok, here is the response I received after double checking:

There was a hardware limitation on some of the older units that prevented them from supporting multiple languages. The version 7.1 firmware only has sufficient memory to support one language. We chose English so that customer care center could more easily support the units.
