I have the new battery but the UPS powers a few machines that I would rather not turn off for the replacement procedure. Is it hot-swappable model? Can I replace the battery without power down the UPS before changing the battery?

Hi,
The battery pack is hot swappable. There is no need to power down. Just be sure not to remove the pack when there may be a possibility of an outage.
