I have the new battery but the UPS powers a few machines that I would rather not turn off for the replacement procedure. Is it hot-swappable model? Can I replace the battery without power down the UPS before changing the battery?

Hi Danilo,
Yes, you can hot swap the batteries in this unit. Just remember that if there was a power outage during the short span of time that no battery is connected, you would not have any battery back up. Once you have the new battery installed, allow it to charge to 100% and then run a self test. This wil clear the replace battery indicator.
Thanks!
Liam
