SMT3000 USB detected by Server 2008 R2, but not by PowerChute 8.5
My Smart-UPS SMT3000 USB connection is detected by Server 2008 R2 Std, but not by the PowerChute Business Edition 8.5 Agent.
Any ideas as to what might be the problem?
I have tried this on two servers, both have the same results.
Using the serial cable worked fine, so that is the route I'm taking.
