A few days ago, I had a battery alarm on one of my SMT2200RM2U, and the device ended up shutting down on me. I went ahead and ordered a new battery for it, and it just arrived this morning. I have installed the battery, and powered the device back on, however once it powers on it shows NO AC on the LCD display, and when I try to run a self test, it shows that it is only available in Online mode. So now I am wondering if the old battery was in fact not bad, and if there is something wrong with the device itself? Any suggestions/recommendations?
Thanks!

Hi Brian,
If the unit is saying there is no AC that means it is not seeing utility power coming from the wall outlet it is plugged into. Can you try a different circuit or perhaps use a volt meter to measure the voltage coming from the outlet to confirm we have power. Perhaps a breaker was tripped on the outlet. If we confirm we have good utility power and the unit continues to not see it (check the status menu and the V in reading. It should be about 120volts), there might be a problem with something internal to the unit.

Thanks. I have checked all breakers, and tried a few other outlets, but the result is the same. I went and looked at the status, and the Input is at 141.09V. I'm beginning to think that the unit may be bad.
One more thing I want to mention, is that while browsing through the menus, I saw that Output was Off.
Thanks,
Brian
