Hello everyone!

I have just recently bought a new SMT1000 from somebody however I believe the batteries are completely drained and dead. The unit seems had the test receipt from 2012 still on it BUT brand new and never used.

My question is can I upgrade the batteries inside the UPS from 12v7.5ah to 12v9ah like used in the SMT1500 model.

Im not looking to increase the output rather extend the run time a little bit longer.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
