Hello,
I hope someone can help me, I have a SMT1000IC at a remote site and its connected to the smartconnect.apc.com website as I can see the estimated run time when I log in.
But I cant make any changes as it warns me that SmartConnect is not enabled on the ups.
when I click learn more, it takes to me page saying:
NOTE: To use this setting, your device must be on a Standard or Advanced plan and SmartConnect Access must be configured to ‘Enable with Crtl’ on your Smart-UPS. This can be manually enabled via the UPS device’s LCD screen. For more information, see your UPS operation manual.
I cant find any helpful information in the manual regarding this.
can someone let me know where I am going wrong ?
