Hi there! (my first post here )
I installed an SMT1000 (fw 09.3 ID18) equipped with NMC2 AP9630 (fw 6.4.0), all works fine!
I did notice little "cosmetic" defect in the web interface: in UPS data log page (and also in log files generated) half of data labels are missing.
ps: this is identical also in english and others languages interfaces.
Luca (from Italy)

Thank you Tomy!
the "format" command solved the issue.
Note maybe could be useful for other users: the command "format" erase also all the languages content (additional language content except default english), so I had to re-flash firmware pack to reinstall my (Italian) local language interface.

Hi Luca,
That is strange. I tried to replicate it in our lab. I used an SMT750 with UPS fw that was at 8.8 with an AP9630 (with 6.4fw) and it didn't have this issue. I then upgraded the smartups to 9.3fw ID 18 like yours and it still didn't have this issue. So needless to say, I'm a little surprised you are having this issue since it doesn't seem to be related to a specific fw revision.
My thoughts moving forward would be to format the card. This will wipe every setting including the IP settings, so it would be best to have the ability to assign it again and you may want to download the config.ini file before this to keep your settings for later if needed. If this doesn't work, I would reflash the network card firmware.
Let me know how this goes.
Thanks,
Tommy
