We're receiving notification from our SMC1500C UPS with serial number 3S2136X17800. However, when attempted to view the status below message appears. It was also noticed that when logging-into the UPS console, the device wasn't found on the dashboard. Please let us know what steps should we need to implement on our side to fix the problem.

Hello,
Verify your account details and send it your local CCC team so they can check your portal details as per the below :
• Contact the Primary Contact of their company’s partner portal account, and ask to validate your account.
CCC will log in to the Partner Portal and go to My Profile > Manage Members to validate the account.
• Once the account is validated, you can log in and access the SmartConnect web portal.
