Hi 

I have an issue with My APC Smart UPS (SMT1000C). I have no power on output, I was check with the Volt meter and output said 0 Volts. But the screen of SMT said 120V on Output?

Hi,

If the Smart-UPS is an SMT1000C you should verify the outlet groups are on. If the outlet groups are off no AC would be present. You can check the output via the LCD panel under status.
