I purchased this UPS SH

I need a technical book if possible in Romanian

-cord does not have data,

has a fault, ie stops and my computer suddenly stops, pulsing two LEDs on the left and beeps me that no current is current but not out of this state until you press the on / off. In this state if you pull the plug and put him back he senses anything. Make this problem more often.

To be the cause?

This UPS is 19 years old now based on its serial number so I cannot speak to the state of the electrical components inside. This size and model of UPS would not offer a service manually typically because it'd only offer a user replaceable battery. Being so old, I forget if it even offered that.

I do have the user's guide that was offered with Smart UPS V/S and I'll attach it to this post (it covers all V/S models even though it says 1400 in the PDF name). I also believe this UPS only offers simple signaling versus Smart Signaling so you may not see lots of data via a connection to your computer.

I do not know what the two pulsating lights left that error and give me what the problem is?
