SL20KHB2 silicon. error message "STOP CHARGE DC CAPACITOR YES"

Hi all
Am a ups engineer but not familiar with slicon model.
Unit model : SL20KHB2 silicon

PROBLEM: according the engineer on site
In the morning the unit was found down
The unit was found with both DC batteries fuse brown, both the fuses were replaced but still the unit could not power up
The case was report to us and site visit has been carried

DIAGNOSIS CARRED:

(A) Found blown fuse in the in put RFI PCB , and replaced the fuse blown fuse
(B) Open the entire unit checking for physical damage /bad component ,all fuses ,tested inverter IGBT & several PBCs, none found bad
(c) Tested the battery module voltage, per module the lowest reading was = 99V , high = 102V
(d) After connected back the mains and unit power up but indicating Aram message: ‘’Stop charge DC capacitor- YES’’
(d) Unit powered ,No active button on the control panel and no output

This error ”STOP CHARGE DC CAPACITOR- YES” is not mentioned in the alarm massage in the service manual
kindly advise me.

Thanks for the help, but my customer decided to buy a new unit VT-30KVA, said the unit old. Before exercising those instruction.
I really missed to see it work

Hi,

1. You fuse is blown down may be due to get deep discharged with very high current.

Please help follow this instruction:

0. Open the door , you will see the push button red/ green. in the large metal steel.

1. Turn off the UPS, turn off the Battery Breaker Box, keep the fuse still on.
(if you battery is internal type, please get out the battery DC fuse.)

2. Check again the DC capacitor if there are any fault.

3. Turn on CB supply the power to input UPS.

4. You will see the messege "’Stop charge DC capacitor- YES’’

press the Battery icon in the keypad and see how much the voltage charge . It' will increase slow up to 435V DC.

press "#" to confirm storp charge the DC. (if the DC low, you must press "C", "#" to start again"

5. insert fuse /or turn on the MCCB.

6. press green button 1 time.

7. The UPS will start.

You should call into your local APC service office for support. Silcon UPS are too complex to troubleshoot on a web forum.
