Looking for some help in getting to a serial interface on this model. I have two options for connection (SmartConnect Ethernet or USB). I don't have an option for the PowerChute software as I plan to control switches. I need a serial interface to communicate. I hooked up to powerchute business via the USB interface to make sure that is working. That seems to work fine. Any direction on how I can get serial would be great.
