I am looking at the Runtime Chart of 5KVA UPS in India, China, Singapore and Hongkong.
I find the runtime at MAXIMUM loading with the same number of 192V battery pack is different across the locations.
For Example:
China - SURT5000XLICH+1xSURT192XLBP, at 3500W, runtime is 27minutes
Hongkong - SURTD5000RMXLI+1xSURT192RMXLBP, at 3500W, runtime is 31.3minutes
Why was that?

Hello,
These are actually two different UPS models - SURT5000XLICH vs SURTD5000RMXLI. The internal logic is different in these UPS models. They may use different curves because of that. It's also important to remember that these are just very good estimates and the two numbers are very close. They may deliver the same actual runtime in real life. Beyond this information, I'll reply back if I learn any new information but this is my best guess reasoning at this time.
