I have configured Powerchute Business for my SmartUPS 2200, and Powerchute Personal for my BackUPS 1500. However I can only get the Personal Version to recognise my unit when the SmartUPS is not connected via USB. When both units are connected by USB they are both seen OK by Windows 10 but only the Business Edition works.

So you are saying it is not possible me to manage two UPS from a single installation of Windows? How am I supposed to configure my second UPS then?

Hi,
Running both PowerChute Business Edition and PowerChute Personal Edition at the same time on one system is not supported. By doing so you will see unexpected behaviour. You should install the software that is needed to shut the OS down in the event of a power failure.
