Run Time Balancing
Hi
I have come across a post very similar to my issue. We have had 2 InRow cooling units in a server room for close to 10 years with each sharing the load. We recently had repairs done on the backup. After which, it has not switched over. This leads to 2 questions, Should my runtime hours be reset even though they have already been working previously? And 2, In the old post, why in the "Full RP Backups" remain at 0 when there is actually 1?
