Resetting the passcode on an APC Magnum vs100

Does anyone know or remember how to reset the web interface setup passcode on an APC Magnum vs100?

I'm talking about the extra wide control panel with the lcd screen... every time I go into setup, it prompts me for a previous passcode that I never got from the user who sold the unit to me.  I try using a toothpick in two different tiny holes, but neither seem reset the passcode.  any ideas? is there a factory reset?

Show me a clear photo where it says reset on this unit. Have you tried accessing the system via serial if so what happens?!?

I don’t think either hole is a reset but you can take the cover off to see if there is a button inside. It would normally be clearly marked on the case if it was.

I personally wouldn’t stick any metal objects inside to find out until you confirm that area is clear of any high voltage. 🤢

Let me know what you find either way. 👍
