Hello,
I am unable to access the web interface for my AP9640 NMC3. I can ping the device but the connection is refused by the device when trying to go to the web interface. I have tried both DHCP and manually configuring the NMC3 from the UPS' front panel and the results are the same.
I have reset the device via holding down the reset button the appropriate amount of time and no joy. I have removed the installed LiOn CD2032 battery for five or so minutes with the same results.
Can someone possibly assist me with other things to try out?
Thank you!

Card is used and I could see and configure the card’s IP address from the UPS’ front panel. As this is the first AP9640, I was attempting to use HTTP as with the other cards I have not realizing that HTTP is not enabled by default. Added an “S” and was able login and configure the card.

This is a new card or one you just bought second hand? What network attributes are displayed by the UPS LCD?
Does the NMC MAC Address show up in the routers DHCP Lease of network devices?
What were the steps you followed to initiate a NMC Format?!?
