Request for Firmware Update – MGE Galaxy 5000 UPS

We kindly request the latest firmware and upgrade utility for our UPS system:

• Product: MGE Galaxy 5000

• Capacity: 60 kVA

• Article Number: 34003 06400 NT 06

• Serial Number: IJ-3AJM14021

• Manufactured by: Schneider Electric

The UPS is showing an Internal Communication Error (Error Code: 1-1-5) related to CC and CH boards.
We believe a firmware update may be required to resolve this issue.

The Firmware on a G5000/5500 is not up-loadable. you have to replace the core boards to upgrade the firmware.

With the fault that you have make sure the boards you will be replacing is compatible.

SE has a table of board comparability. Its based on the technical level of the boards.

You need to know the NT level of each board.
