Replacement LCD for an SMX3000RM2U

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of replacing a UPS and found one in good condition on eBay.  UPS delivered it today and, although the outside of the box was in pretty good shape, the unit itself got banged up.  Sheet metal was bent around where the LCD panel/switches were attached and the LCD panel itself was damaged.

Aside from CoastTec which I am not sure will sell repair parts, does anyone have any idea if this display and cable are available from any other source?

Hi Joe and Mark,

Unfortunately, the LCD display bezel is not replaceable through us. The main bezel that you would remove to insert the batteries is though and I would contact your local support to get those.

Thanks Michael.  The large plastic part is in good shape.  It was the electronics "lost out" to the folks who provided the transportation.
