Reinstalled Java now webserver won't start
I haven't accessed the PowerChute management console in quite a while- when I did recently I got an error 'javaw.exe not found'.. so I reinstalled Java; now when I try to access the web-browser cannot find the page- apparently the webserver is not running. How can I manually start the server? In the event that it is better to simply reinstall everything will my existing configuration be lost when I reinstall?

Hi,
You can save pcnsconfig.ini, uninstall, reinstall, stop the service/daemon, copy the saved pcnsconfig.ini file into the new folder, and then restart the service.
