Our unit, APC Smart-UPS 5000VA 208V Rackmount, had it's main battery and back power supply cable removed, a long with other parts - these appear to be the most vital to basic operation as well as the most volatile if configurured incorrectly.
. My main questions is how to attach everything correctly, and if I am missing anything. I will attach pictures to help.

This was part of a unit.. including a step-down transformer and extra battery arrays. are the batteries in the array compatible with other systems if i were to purchase a different main unit?

Thanks for your input, Im sort of unsure if we should attach to the PCB without knowing. I appreciate your responses, hopefully someone will see this and know the answer and be kind enough to chime in

Who did this? (you, a repair facility, etc?)
These UPSs are not user-serviceable (only the battery is replaceable) and we don't distribute schematics so please be advised you'll have proceed at your own risk. If anyone else wants to chime in, that's fine.

Battman, yes - I did notice that hole in comparing stock photos of this unit. I wasn't sure if that was an add-on component or not, although I was leaning towards it being required (I also assumed the three smaller wires probably attached to whatever was missing from that hole. The external power cord I actually found in another room and attached it to this unit, so where that circuit breaker is - I have no clue

I believe it was a technician who worked for us before. These parts have just been sitting here and I was recently called in to fix some issues and complete unfinished tasks (server, network, wiring, power) that have needed to be addressed for a long time.
I did my due-diligence of research on this product, and I know 99 percent of UPS are not user-serviceable, mainly due to the shear danger in making a mistake with large amount of current, and as such, didn't find much (which was my expectation.)
Anyone with any bit of confidence on this unit would be a large help, as the business owner is leaning on me very hard, with the ideal that this "is very easy to fix."

Its not just the battery and transformer, but the input circuit breaker (30 amp I believe) is missing from the rear panel - hence the empty hole in the rear panel next to where the power cable enters. I'd offer to send you some photos of how these are put together, but don't currently have any SU5000's sitting around...sorry!
