We bought a bunch of rack mount Smart-UPS some time back and now we are trying to install them in some Telco racks but the Smart-UPS will not fit. Does anyone have any information about using the Smart-UPS on its side?

Our Smart-UPS complies with the EIA 310D standard which means any 19" rack can be used. We do not really recommended using the Rack mountable unit on its side because the internal components is not designed on that orientation and can cause damage on the unit.
