RT 5000 high neutral to ground output voltage

I have been measuring 9 - 10 volts AC from neutral to ground on the output of this UPS. The input voltage (neutral to ground) is only 2 volts AC. Any recommendation on how to fix this? Thanks.

hello again..i was not sure so i asked someone who works with UPSs and they told me this:

This L2/N-G voltage is probably created by parasitic capacitances in common mode, and it should not be a cause for concern. Notice that in a 230V UPS, L2 is technically another line, not necessarily Neutral. In most cases, L2 is not even bonded to Ground at the distribution panel upstream from the UPS, so the fact that you're only getting 2V at the input side is probably just incidental and not a bad thing either. Computer power supplies do not care what the L2/N-G voltage is, as power is derived between L1-L2, with ground passing through for safety.
