RMT750RM2U/AP9630 install problem

I have the above products. The tabs are not aligning with the slots in the card. The right tab is higher than the left. Any ideas ?

most likely you just need a new faceplate. some of the earlier AP9630's shipped with the incorrect faceplates and we fixed the problem since.

if you can private message me the serial number on your AP9630 and the shipping address/contact, i can ship you a new faceplate ASAP with the correct slots.
