Hye All,
I have a NMC AP9619 that I wish to configure. The prob is it has an IP Address that I do not know.
I wish to reset it manually to factory default. Is it possible to do that?
Will resetting the card affect the UPS on which it's connected?
Thanks for your help

Unfortunately, the only way to reset to defaults is to login via the IP or login via hyper terminal using the serial cable that came with the UPS. I would recommend you hyper terminal into the UPS. You can then check/edit the IP address. What type of UPS is this ap9619 installed in?
