Problem with Smart-UPS RT 10000 RM XL: Battery not installed property

     Dear All,

My customer has an UPS model: Smart-UPS RT 10000 RM XL, they bought from us in May/2011.

This morning, it became abnormal with problem was show in log as below:

UPS: the battery is not installed property

then after some seconds, it appears:

UPS: the battery is now installed.

This problem occurred at least 4 times in this morning, so loads (like server, switches) is shut down because the Vout and Iout are all 0 value.

Can we measure the battery voltage of each module?  This would also reseat the battery connectors from the battery and the charger.
