Ahmedmmd, just install the Power Chute Network Shutdown Software on other three Server. It will auto detect the configure Network Management Card on your network. Just select the same and install it on your network. So that you can graceful shutdown the connected servers in the event of power fail.

Hi Ahmed,
Since you already have the Network Management Card on your UPS and you have used the PowerChute Network Shutdown on the server connected on the UPS right now, all you need to do is to install the PowerChute Network Shutdown on the other 3 computers that you want to receive a graceful shutdown when UPS encounter any power events. Once you are done, you may check with your Network Management Card web interface under UPS>PowerChute>Clients, IP address of the computer that has Network Shutdown installed should be listed there.
