Problem with APC AP9212 & AP9606 device manager empty :-(

Hi there - I'm hoping that somebody might be able to help me out with a problem I've got ?

I've got an APC AP9212 with the AP9606 Web/ SNMP interface card, Everthing was working fine apart from the web interface - I've never been able to login to it. after hunting around on the web I noticed various suggestions of upgrading the firmware.

while i was doing the upgrade the unit rebooted & powered itself on with all the 8 ports turning on - this then blew my trip switch & I lost power (school boy error !)

Now when I telnet to it - and select option 1 for device manager - it shows nothing 😞 no ports/ outlets. I've tried to go back to the orignal firmware but I cant remember what it was. I've downloaded some older firmware AOS XXX.bin files and tried these but they suggest they are the incorrect versions as the status shows N+ P+ A!

Has anybody got any ideas on this

I guessing that the A! means bad checksum ??? any ideas where i can get the default firmware for this ?

Hi,

I'm recycling this old post, as I'm recycling some old APC9212 PDUs and I wanted to update the APC9606 module firmware. 

But FTP site asks for login and password.. How can I get the firmware for the APC9606 card?
