Problem on Galay 3500, "System Failure Detected by surveillance"

Hi,

I have a problem that I didn't find the cause yet on a Galaxy3500 / 30KVA, the message fault is "System Failure Detected by surveillance" without other faults. I tried to change the module but the problem persists!!!

So can you please help me?
