Please could you help me. I sent to you this error's information.
2011-06-29 12:12:19 UPS: Passed a self-test.
2011-06-29 12:12:15 UPS: An inverter fault no longer exists.
2011-06-29 12:12:10 UPS: An inverter fault exists.
2011-06-29 12:12:06 UPS: An inverter fault no longer exists.
2011-06-29 12:12:03 UPS: Refused a self-test; UPS is overloaded.
2011-06-29 12:11:59 UPS: An inverter fault exists.
2011-06-29 12:11:55 UPS: An inverter fault no longer exists.
2011-06-29 12:11:50 UPS: An inverter fault exists.
2011-06-29 12:11:47 UPS: Passed a self-test.
How I can work UPS?

Where are you getting these logs is it via the Network Card or PowerChute Business Edition? Aside from the log files, is the UPS showing any LED indicators in front? If yes, can you tell us what are those LEDs that are lit and if they are solid or flashing? Did the UPS dropped the load as well and is the UPS still turning on?
