Powerchute with stretched metro cluster
We have two datacenters in the same site with a stretched vmware cluster (4 hosts on each site) setup and with metrovolumes (synchronised storage volumes).
We configured the vm migration migration option with custom targets. DC1 to DC2 and DC2 to DC1 hosts.
What will happen when there is a power outage in both datacenters at the same site? This can happen since both datacenters are at the same site.
I would expect that when no more migration is possible because all hosts are getting in maintenance mode that the VM’s will be shutdown?
